ERI's Peter Kummerfeldt
Peter joined ERI in 1996. He spent 30 years as a 
USAF Survival Instructor - Survival Escape Resistance Evasion (SERE) specialist. He had instructor and/or management assignmnets at the USAF Global Survival School, Survival Instructor Training Branch, Resistence Training Branch, Arctic Survival School, and the Pacaf Jungle Survival School. His last duty assignment was at the United
States Air Force Academy where he served as the SERE Training Director
for twelve years.Peter founded and is currently President of OutdoorSafe in Colorado Springs, CO. He runs seminars, lectures throughout the world, and has a line of survival equipment and kits for sale. Peter is a highly sought after outdoor safety and survival speaker in both private and government circles throughout the country. Peter recently published Surviving a Wilderness Emergency, a practical advice on what to do when you find yourself in trouble in the backcountry.
