ERI's Paul Green
Paul has been an instructor for ERI since its inception in 1978. He is a former US Air Force Survival (SERE) Instructor with a Doctorate in outdoor leadership from Oregon State. He specializes in and teaches high-risk outdoor skill courses at the University level. He is an accomplished climber, search management coordinator, expert rafter, great educator and curriculum development specialist.

Paul Green is currently a professor of Outdoor Recreation at Eastern Washington University. He supervises all high risk and skills development courses for outdoor leaders. Paul teaches all of EWU's high risk outdoor leadership pursuits. As a former USAF Survival Instructor with jungle experience in the Philippines and Vietnam, Paul brings a multitude of skills and knowledge to the instructor team. He is an EMT, a swiftwater rescue technician, an Alaskan Mountain Guide with over 10 summits of Mt. McKinley, a search coordinator for the State of Washington, and an accomplished educator.
