ERI's Ralph Wilfong
Ralph Wilfong, Director of Operations, joined ERI's staff in 1996. 
Ralph is currently a police officer in Spokane County, Washington. He is an EMT, a certified rescue diver and a pilot. While serving as the State SAR Coordinator for Virginia, Ralph managed numerous searches for missing/overdue aircraft and for missing persons throughout the region. During that time he also worked as a Flight Paramedic for the Virginia State Police. He was a member of the FEMA committee that developed the Urban Search & Rescue program, and has responded to major earthquakes in Soviet Armenia and California as well as other disasters within the U.S. For more than 30 years Ralph has worked with local, state, and federal government agencies, and with volunteer units. He has developed plans, training programs and response systems for search and rescue, emergency management and survival.By clicking on a photo, you can view the
