Arctic & Extreme Weather Survival
People who have lived, worked or played where temperatures drop below zero know exactly how unforgiving cold environments can be. Add wind and snow to the mix, and you have a challenging survival environment. However, individuals who take the time to prepare for the conditions and learn to exercise good judgement, soon adapt to the hardships of Arctic like conditions.

If you are moving to the upper Midwest, working in Alaska, heading for Antarctica or just desire to spend more time outdoors, ERI's training will help. We will teach you to understand, adapt, live and recreate in the harshest climate of the world. Don't head for the cold simply to endure, go to explore and enjoy some of the most beautiful places on earth.

This course can vary from a 1/2 to 5 days of training. For those interested, ERI can incorporate 1 or 2 days of field training. The course stresses extreme cold weather physiology and psychology; environmental concerns and injuries; energy use, loss and conservation; insulation, clothing and equipment; being stranded in a vehicle; and basic survival skills.
